Invite your colleagues to join your Rainbow Company. Create your community and place Rainbow at the heart of your collaborative work.
NOTE: Company administration functionalities are available on computers (Web and desktop applications).
How to invite a colleague to join my Company?
Click on "Manage your company" in the upper band of your screen.
In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
Click on "Members" to display all members information.
Click on "Invite" at the right top of your screen.
To invite a Rainbow user, search for their name in the Rainbow search bar or copy their email address and paste them into the search bar. Multiple invitations can be sent with email addresses separated with a comma. (Future users are contacted by email.)
To invite a user who has not yet a Rainbow account, type their email address in the search bar to invite them by email. Multiple invitations can be sent through email addresses separated by a comma pasted on the Rainbow search bar.
Manage your invitations (cancel or resend) from the tab "Members" of your administrator space. To display sent invitations, simply filter your member list with "Show" and select "Invited" in the unfolded options.
NOTE: Users who create their Rainbow account with this invitation received by email will be automatically added to your Company.
