As a company administrator you are able to invite your colleagues to join your company in Rainbow. This action is very useful to create your community and use Rainbow to collaborate within your company.
Invite a colleague to join your company from Desktop or Web application:
Click on the icon "Manage your company" on the top of Rainbow.
On the dashboard, a field represents your "Current members". Click on the link "Invite members".
To invite an existing Rainbow user, you can find him thanks to the search bar (he will receive this invitation both in Rainbow and by email).
To invite a new Rainbow user, you can write his email address in the search bar (he will receive an invitation by email). You can invite several users by writing their email address separated by a comma.
Once your invitations are sent, you can follow them (cancel or resend them) from the tab "Members" of your administration space (choose "Show = Invited").
Once the user accepts your invitation, he will be displayed on the tab "Members" of your administration space (choose "Show = Invited").
NOTE: Users who create their Rainbow account thanks to your company invitation (sent by email) will be automatically added to your company.
