Customize your Company with a logo, a banner, and many other elements. This information will be displayed on your Company members homepage and also on a public page available to other Rainbow users. Your Company public page is presented in a dedicated article.
NOTE: Company administration functionalities are available on computers (Web and desktop applications).
How to define my Company information?
CHOICE OF YOUR COMPANY LOGO AND BANNER
Click on "Manage Your Company" in the upper band of your screen.
In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
Go to the empty space for your logo or banner to display "Edit."
Select your Company logo picture and drop it into the logo space. Do the same with your Company banner.
Adjust your elements. A background shape (round, square, etc.) is available for you to personalize your elements.
Click on "Apply" to validate your choices. New logo and banner directly appear on the settings page.
DEFINE YOUR COMPANY INFORMATION
Click on "Manage your Company" in the upper band of your screen.
In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
Fill in the fields and click on "Validate" (green circle) at the top right of your screen.
DEFINE YOUR COMPANY MAIN CONTACT
Click on "Manage your Company" on the upper band of your screen.
In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
In the section "Company Contact" located below the Company description, click on "Update."
Type your contact username.
Click on "Apply." Your colleague is now the Company contact and will receive all messages from external users.
Click on "Validate" (green circle) at the top right of your screen.
