How to Manage My Call Log?

You can track all your audio/video or phone calls directly from Rainbow. The call log allows you to quickly check whether someone has tried to contact you and to call them back if necessary. 

NOTE:
The integration of telephone calls in the call log requires a PABX connection. Please contact your company administrator for more information. 

How to Manage My Call Log?

  • Click the "Recent Events" icon at the top of Rainbow to display the Call Log page (1). A missed call counter can be displayed on this icon.
  • On the first line, click on the'Call log' tab (2).
  • Each line groups calls made or received per contact (3). To view details of calls related to a contact, click the button to the right of the relevant line (4).
  • The right tab gives information on all calls such as type, date or duration (4). The icons representing the different types of calls are presented at the bottom of this article.
  • If your caller's status allows it, the call log also allows you to call them back with a simple click by hovering over the line concerned (5).
  • To organize your call log, you can delete (5) events or filter them (6).

NOTE:
A button allows you to delete the entire call log with a single click:

  • From the Home screen, tap the "Events" tab at the bottom right of your application.A missed call counter can be displayed on this icon.
  • You arrive on Rainbow's call log. Each line is dedicated to one of your contacts and shows the type and date of your last call.
  • The "Information" button on the right of each line allows you to display the entire call history linked to a contact.

  • The detailed call history displays the type, date and duration of all calls exchanged with this contact.
  • The icons representing the different types of calls are presented at the bottom of this article.
  • If your caller's status allows it, the call log also allows you to call them back with a simple press on the line concerned.

  • The callback menu allows you to launch an audio/video call or a telephone call according to the availability of your interlocutor and the information available in his business card (vCard).

    • You can organize your call log by deleting events. Press and hold the relevant lines to delete them (all events related to this contact will be deleted).

    Is there any API's to get the Missed/All calls history?

    Could you add an information on how deep is the call log (number of messages displayed) and if I delete on Rainbow is it deleted on the PNC and desktop set ?

    Isn't it possible to have the same and complex call log on iphone as is shown on PC app or webclient?
