How to Manage an Incoming Phone Call?

    Note: The caller's name appears on the notification if the incoming number is linked to a Rainbow account, if the number is recognized by the PBX or if the number is entered in an LDAP directory in the Cloud.

    I installed estos metadirectory and created a  LDAP Server. It works fine with the ALE Desktop Phone but not inside the Rainbow Apps.

    any ideas?
