You can make a call to your Voicemail directly from Rainbow. The application has a new message counter and tells you when to contact your Voicemail. The telephony functions are only available from your personal computer.
NOTE: This feature requires a PBX connection. Please contact your company administrator to have more details.
HOW TO ACCESS MY VOICEMAIL?
Click on the "Recent events" icon at the top of Rainbow to display the page dedicated to the Call Log (1) and the Voicemail. A new messages counter can be displayed on this icon.
On the first line, click on the "Voicemail" tab (2).
This page summarizes the number of messages on hold waiting to be heard and allows you to access your Voicemail with a single click (3).
Once the call has started, use your phone and follow the instructions. The call to the Voicemail is handled like any other phone call made by Rainbow (4).
