You can synchronize a Microsoft Azure Active Directory with your Rainbow company. This synchronization permits to your company members to find their Azure colleagues directly from the Rainbow search bar. Members of your company must have an Enterprise license to use this feature.

NOTE: To authorize Microsoft Azure Active Directory synchronization, you must hold the admin right both in Rainbow and Office365.

How to activate a Microsoft Azure Active Directory synchronization?

- Click on the icon "Manage your company" on the top on Rainbow.
- On the left panel, click on "My company."
- Scroll to the Microsoft Azure Active Directory dedicated area.
- Insert the domain of your Azure and click on the button "Authorize."
- A new window enables you to login into Office 365 with an administrator account and to accept the synchronization.

Hi,
I understand the azure integration, but one of my customers wants to integrate their existing CPE MSFT AD with Rainbow, without recreating it.
I saw that we have an Directory Agent that can be used.
How does it work? How can we get it?

First, I'm sure your users will be happy if you updated the article to reflect how this is done in newer versions of Rainbow. The button can now be found under settings.
Secondly, can you describe in more detail what is supposed to happen after pressing the Authorize button, and how the successful connection is reflected in the Rainbow UI?
