Query:
How to take the ownership of the channel if the current owner of the channel is no longer a Rainbow user or the owner of the channel left the company.
Resolution:
- Open an SR or send an email to "ale.welcomecenter@al-enterprise.com".
- Describe precisely your issue, by adding the details in the description ie;
- Channel name,
- current owner of the channel,
- new owner
- and a reason for the ownership change.
- Once the request received from the rainbow support team, the owner of the channel can be updated/changed based on the service request.
NOTE: The owner of the channel can be changed not the creator of the channel.
