How to change th ownership of the existing bubble

Query:

How to take the ownership of a bubble.

 Resolution:

Scenario 1:

The owner wants to give the ownership of the bubble to someone else belonging to the bubble.

• Promote someone to organizer role
• Then give the ownership

To be noted: the Rainbow subscription of the new owner might not allow to start a conference in this bubble.

Scenario 2:

The owner has left the company or is no longer a rainbow user.

1. Open an SR or send a mail to "support@openrainbow.com".
2. Describe precisely your issue, by adding the details in the description ie:
   • Bubble name,
   • current owner of the bubble,
   • and a reason for the ownership change.
3. Once the request received from the rainbow support team. The owner of the bubble can be updated/changed based on the service request.
