During a web conference, a Rainbow user can add people on the fly via phone calls. This possibility is offered to Rainbow users connected to an Alcatel PBX meeting the following criteria:
- Any version of OmniPCX Enterprise system. Please refer to TC2462 for the PBX configuration.
- OXO Connect system version OXO R6.0 MD1 or higher.
- WerbRTC Gateway version 2.3.7-625 or later
Note: The added persons will be able to participate in the call during the conference, but will not be considered as members of the Bubble.
Activate the feature:
Warning: To activate this feature, an installation number must be configured for your equipment.
- Access your company's administration center by clicking on the icon
in the main menu.
- In the left-hand menu, select "
Equipments" then click on the concerned item.
- Define an installation number for your equipment. This number is required to activate the function.
- Click on "
to call a telephone extension or public number" option, to enable this feature for your Company members.
- Confirm by clicking on the " Apply " button at the bottom of the window.
Note: The installation number will be used automatically when a user takes advantage of this function without having a DID dedicated to their account. In this case, the outgoing call will be made from the installation number.
