Chat Options
Configure the chat options during the webinar.
- Public: Attendees can use the chat to send messages to organizers and other attendees.
- Private: Attendees can only send message to organizers. Attendees cannot see messages from other attendees.
- Presentation: Attendees can view the organizers messages. Only organizers can write and send messages in the chat.
- Select the " Webinar" tab.
- Select " Edit webinar" by opening the contextual menu of the webinar to edit.
- Select the "Chat" tab in the webinar window.
- Select Chat options.
- Click on "Close" button (or the close button of the window) to go back to "Webinar" tab.

Create Polls
Polls during a webinar are interactive tools used to collect responses and opinions from participants. They are typically used to gather feedback, opinions, or quantitative data from the audience during the live presentation. Polls can be either anonymous or non-anonymous, meaning host can choose to reveal or hide their identity when responding to poll questions.
- Select the " Webinar" tab.
- Select " Edit webinar" by opening the contextual menu of the webinar to edit.
- Select the " Polls" tab in the webinar window.
- Select the " Create a poll" button.
- Enter Poll name.
The poll name describes the topic or purpose of the poll, helping participants understand its subject matter. - Set the questionnaire Duration, during which an attendee can respond to the questionnaire.
- By default, the questionnaire is not anonymous. Enable the 'Anonymous poll' option to hide the identities of attendees who respond to the questionnaire.
- Define the first Question.
These are specific questions posed to participants to collect their responses or opinions. A question can be defined as having "Single Answer" (the participant can choose only one answer) or "Multiple Answers" (the participant can choose multiple answers for one question). - Define Responses (at least two answers). Select " Add new answer" button to add an answer. Select "" to delete the answer.
- Select "Done" button to finish the question with its answers. (select to delete the question).
- Add a new question by selecting "Add a question" button to define a new question with answers as described below.
- Select the "Create" button to create the poll.
- Click on "Close" button (or the close button of the window) to go back to "Webinar" tab.

Manage Polls
- Select the " Webinar" tab.
- Select " Edit webinar" by opening the contextual menu of the webinar to edit.
- Select the " Polls" tab in the webinar window.
- Open the context menu located on the right of the polls to edit.
- Select "Edit". Question with single answer is designed with: . Question with multiple answers is marked with: .
- : open details of the questions (to close details)
- : sort questions by moving a question in the list with this icon.
- : delete a question after confirmation.
- Select "Modify" to validate your changes.
- Click on "Close" button (or the close button of the window) to go back to "Webinar" tab.
