A more efficient ergonomics for immediate forward to Telephony users has been developed, and an Icon always visible for immediate forward is added in upper bar between the Mode Icon and the headset icon. To be noted : the 2 areas (fast access to forward & already existing dedicated zone for communication) are separated by a thin vertical bar. -
Hybrid Telephony
A new type of immediate forward on overflow "Forward on cloud connection issue" has been created to answer the use case 'when a OXE VoIP call towards Rainbow cannot reach its destination, OXE must manage an overflow call to a PBX or PSTN destination'. It's configurable by the user in their telephony Settings. -
Hybrid Telephony [Business, Enterprise licences]
A new setting allows users equipped with a Deskphone on OXE (phones using NOE protocol and being Main in multiset) to toggle the ringing state of their main Deskphone. It is manageable from the user's Telephony settings and from admin page in the user tab telephony. -
Hybrid Telephony [Business, Enterprise licenses]
A Rainbow user can be notified of supervised calls and is able to answer without opening the Supervision console. A new "supervised calls" section is displayed below the Search tool bar with a max of 4 calls presented. The total number of ringing supervised calls is mentioned on top of the section. -
Hybrid Telephony [Business, Enterprise, Attendant licenses]
Rainbow supervision feature allows users to join or exit (if authorized) every group they belong to. An indicator displays if the user is in or out of the group and how many users are currently in the groups. -
Hybrid Telephony [Attendant license]
Supervision feature is available in Rainbow, replacing PBX hunting groups. Telephony supervision monitors one/several users of one company and watches their Telephony presence (free/called/busy) and telephony routing status (forward…). It allows to reroute calls and change some telephony status. Supervisor is notified of the caller ID of supervised call, in addition to the ringing state. The caller’s name or number is displayed both in the supervision console and in the supervised calls section. (The displayed name results of search of the caller number in the Rainbow directories but Personal Directory is excluded). -
Hybrid Telephony
PROVIDED THAT THE OXE HAS BEEN CONFIGURED TO SUPPORT the secret identity, user can hide their caller ID when placing a phone call.

Hybrid Telephony [Business Enterprise licenses]
Users can, from a Rainbow call, escalate to a conference one or more phone numbers (internal/external). Up to 10 new participants can be added at once in the call (it can be a mix of users and phone numbers). -
Hybrid Telephony [Business Enterprise & Dial pack, Attendant licenses]
Rainbow user being already in a P2P Rainbow call is able to accept an incoming telephony call, and vice-versa. -

Rainbow user already engaged in a Rainbow call may answer to an incoming phone call and switch between both calls, or user engaged in a phone call can answer a Rainbow call, and switch between both calls. (Warning: this feature is not available in China environment for iOS devices). -
Rainbow Hub [Voice offer]
A visual indicator should be displayed in the user interface to easily know if a personal routine, other than the default one ( ◷), is active or not. To be noted : the 2 areas (fast access to forward and routines & already existing dedicated zone for communication) are separated by a thin vertical bar. -

The call routing of a Welcome Service can now be switched manually between open and closed hours directly in user's web/desktop interface, when the calendar is associated as open hours destination to only one Group or User. -

When a call follows a forward or an overflow (on busy, on no answer), and the destination has a welcome calendar, the call is routed according to the corresponding welcome calendar. Calendar rules are applied as the call is routed to the welcome before reaching the final destination. -

Manager of a hunting group in a Hub system can change the order of group members, which has the effect of changing the order of members called in certain call distribution configurations (cyclic and sequential). -

The search engine is optimized by allowing the user to select the type of result (people, bubbles, channels, text messages or companies) before entering characters. This avoids sending queries to the server when they're not needed.

Analytics
Sometimes, no data were displayed in the Analytics pages. Improvements have been added. -
Audio device
Users could get several notifications at every disconnection / reconnection of their audio device. Only one is sent again. -
Blind transfer
After a double-blind transfer of a call answered by Web, the destination did not display the incoming popup. A call property was wrongly managed after the first transfer. -
Bubble
All users couldn't get into a bubble after being invited. Essential user promoted as moderators brought their own limitation in inviting people. In such a case, now the limit is this one provided by the bubble's owner. -
Channels
The option 'turn off the notifications' could be lost. This regression has been fixed. -
Custo.manifest
Modifying the file to manage incoming calls, modified also outgoing calls. Management of the parameter related to the initiator of the call has been corrected. -
Dashboard
The calls lasting 5 seconds or less were not listed in the export CSV file. All calls are logged now, a warning has been added "Audio quality is not available for calls below 5 seconds and conferences below 30 seconds." -
Deskphone keys
Programmable keys couldn't be managed anymore from users on their Deskphone. This is fixed now. -
Edge only - Notifications
Notifications could appear only in the badges on top-left and in systray, without any other information on the event. The web app didn't take the notification into account to complete the information. -
Edge only - Presence
Presence status was wrong in Rainbow. The status was not always generated. -
German language
Some German labels have been rewritten in the webRTC admin page. -
Group call
Users belonging to more than 10 hunting groups could only view 10. The initial limit (one page with 10 groups) has been extended. -
Language settings
When user with restricted profile (Add or change personal information) tried to change their language, it was not taken into account in Desktop, but was authorized from Web app. This particular setting is now enabled. -
Newsfeed
In German language, some special characters were not taken into account in the Newsfeed. This is fixed now. -
Notifications
Bubble invite notifications were not erased after accepting the invite. Missing event to acknowledge the action has been reactivated. -
Screen sharing
Sharing a screen in P2P displayed big black borders. The screen sharing is adapted to use as much place as possible. -
SSO
It was not possible to uncheck the option 'OpenID connect' to manage the option for only some users. The option can now be disabled just after the setup. -
Telephony settings
Inserting a number for forwarding was not saved, routine activation could not be possible. Some enhancements have been made to allow users to set forward even if their feature profile is locked in customization. -
Video file
When trying to play a video file not supported, the user got twice the same message 'video format not supported. Message sent only once, with a clear message 'sorry the format is not supported'.

Web admin
Admin (Company_admin) and Operations (BP-admin) roles have been redefined. The user with Operations role (BP_admin) is able to create and manage their End Customers / Resellers The user with Admin role (Company_admin) is able to manage their OWN company. -

Privacy settings (Visibility, Analytics level for administrators & for partners) modifications are logged into the History page. -

A company administrator can now request a manual reload of the OXE directory (users/device list) for an instant verification of changes. The feature is available in the Connection tab of the Equipment information. -

For a better serviceability, the history section is enriched by a new tab 'Equipment' which records actions related to connectors by category (type of connector), operation (update, config changes...) & date. It's also possible to access 'manage the company' by clicking the ⁝ In this version, only WebRTC is considered. The EC admin is able to view this page in read-only mode. To be noted: the already existing information is recorded now in tab 'Subscriptions' -

An admin can define a supervision group: basic : supervision of calls destinated to supervised users (no option to join or exit) mutual aid: supervision of calls destinated to supervised users with user's capability to enter/exit the group. -

EC admin - The right to update subscriptions has evolved to authorize an EC admin to manage only a subset of subscriptions: Provided that the setting "Admin has the right to update subscriptions" is given by BP finance (VAD and IR if also authorized to do so), another value to manage only monthly subscriptions is added in the pick list to limit the actions of an admin EC on these ones. -
Web admin
To ease the client app mass deployment, 2 new options are available: o /FirstStartLanguage= enumerated (choice of the language) When this parameter is set, the Desktop start in the chosen language (once the user is authenticated, the Desktop runs in the language set in ser's profile). o /FirstStartLoginEmail=email (for users having several emails in the same company). This parameter can be prefilled in the login page. To be noted: there are limitations for SSO. -
Web admin
The setup installing the Desktop application, when running as administrator on a non admin account, can be installed in the current non-admin account by using the flag : \Rainbow_Installer_User.exe /ForceInstallDeps -
Analytics
It's now possible to analyze the inbound traffic of a company by analyzing the inflow on the welcome services: how many calls are arriving and how they are routed. • Voice tab offer a new option 'Automated Attendant' displaying analytics over the 7 last days. This page is accessible also from the Automated Attendant configured in the Welcome services tab, when clicking the ⁝ • In the admin Operation Logs: are logged changes made to the setting which enables or not Per-Member Analytics in Voice Group. • Analytics tabs proposes for Queues the same level of information than already done for Hunting Groups: o calls to queue are counted as calls to 'Groups' in the Global Dashboard (Rainbow Voice section) as well as in the 1-Year summary section in Voice tab. o Admins and Queue supervisors have access to Queues Analytics 1 Per-member analytics. • A per-hour view has been added in the audio quality section. Its display per dots gives the number of legs (related to the size of the dots) and the quality (green color means more than 80% of good call legs). • The GUI in per-to-Peer section has been reviewed to bring more clarity on what analytics are showing. o Title 'Usages profiles' renamed 'Users profiles', o Tooltip 'messages' renamed 'Users sending messages', o Tooltip 'Web calls' renamed 'Users making web calls'. -

New setting in the Voice prompts allow the administrator to loop the Voice prompt related to an overflow or to play it only once. -
Rainbow Hub
The Sip trunk management screen (from section 'Communications' - tab 'Trunks') is now available to any BPs managing EC with voice services. So, BPs are aware of which trunk is available for the CloudPBXs they manage. Likewise, the EC administrators can have a view in read-only mode on this information from their admin pages. -

A new option allows administrators to activate the AA overflow with a destination. When enabled and someone calls an AA, entries' prompt will be repeated 3 (this value can't be configured) times. If no option selected, the overflow is involved. -

A new option of Hunting group queuing allows an immediate overflow for new or waiting calls as soon as the group becomes empty. The option is not activated by default. -
