Hybrid Telephony [Hybrid offer]
A more efficient ergonomics for immediate forward to Telephony users has been developed, and an Icon always visible for immediate forward is added in upper bar between the Mode Icon and the headset icon. To be noted : the 2 areas (fast access to forward & already existing dedicated zone for communication) are separated by a thin vertical bar. -
Hybrid Telephony [Business, Enterprise licenses]
A new type of immediate forward on overflow "Forward on cloud connection issue" has been created to answer the use case 'when a OXE VoIP call towards Rainbow cannot reach its destination, OXE must manage an overflow call to a PBX or PSTN destination'. It's configurable by the user in their telephony Settings. -
Hybrid Telephony [Business, Enterprise licences]
A new setting allows users equipped with a Deskphone on OXE (phones using NOE protocol and being Main in multiset) to toggle the ringing state of their main Deskphone. It is manageable from the user's Telephony settings and from admin page in the user tab telephony. -

A Rainbow user can be notified of supervised calls and is able to answer without opening the Supervision console. A new "supervised calls" section is displayed below the Search tool bar with a max of 4 calls presented. The total number of ringing supervised calls is mentioned on top of the section. -
Hybrid Telephony [Business, Enterprise, Attendant licenses]
Rainbow supervision feature allows users to join or exit (if authorized) every group they belong to. An indicator displays if the user is in or out of the group and how many users are currently in the groups. -
Hybrid Telephony [Attendant license]
Supervision feature is available in Rainbow, replacing PBX hunting groups. Telephony supervision monitors one/several users of one company and watches their Telephony presence (free/called/busy) and telephony routing status (forward…). It allows to reroute calls and change some telephony status. Supervisor is notified of the caller ID of supervised call, in addition to the ringing state. The caller’s name or number is displayed both in the supervision console and in the supervised calls section. (The displayed name results of search of the caller number in the Rainbow directories but Personal Directory is excluded). -
Hybrid Telepony [Business Enterprise licenses]
Users can, from a Rainbow call, escalate to a conference one or more phone numbers (internal/external). Up to 10 new participants can be added at once in the call (it can be a mix of users and phone numbers). -

Rainbow user being already in a P2P Rainbow call is able to accept an incoming telephony call, and vice-versa. -

Rainbow user already engaged in a Rainbow call may answer to an incoming phone call and switch between both calls, or user engaged in a phone call can answer a Rainbow call, and switch between both calls. (Warning: this feature is not available in China environment for iOS devices). -

A visual indicator should be displayed in the user interface to easily know if a personal routine, other than the default one ( ◷), is active or not. To be noted : the 2 areas (fast access to forward and routines & already existing dedicated zone for communication) are separated by a thin vertical bar. -

The call routing of a Welcome Service can now be switched manually between open and closed hours directly in user's web/desktop interface, when the calendar is associated as open hours destination to only one Group or User. -

When a call follows a forward or an overflow (on busy, on no answer), and the destination has a welcome calendar, the call is routed according to the corresponding welcome calendar. Calendar rules are applied as the call is routed to the welcome before reaching the final destination. -

Manager of a hunting group in a Hub system can change the order of group members, which has the effect of changing the order of members called in certain call distribution configurations (cyclic and sequential). -

Any member from a Hunting Group with a Manager role is able to change the avatar of the bubble associated to the hunting group. -

Support
The electron engine in the Desktop app has been upgraded in version v26. Windows: This version of electron doesn't support Windows 7/8/8.1 anymore (A mechanism is implemented to not setup this release on old Windows platforms). Mac: this version is the last one to support MAC OS 10.13/10.14 (A mechanism is implemented to disable automatic update to further newer major release). -

The search engine is optimized by allowing the user to select the type of result (people, bubbles, channels, text messages or companies) before entering characters. This avoids sending queries to the server when they're not needed.

Add-in
Outlook slowness has been raised when Rainbow add-in was activated for some users. Work has been done to optimize personal contacts synchronization between Outlook and Rainbow. -
Custo.manifest
Modifying the file to manage incoming calls, modified also outgoing calls. Management of the parameter related to the initiator of the call has been corrected. -
Screen sharing
Cases of Desktop crash while sharing a screen have been raised. The new Electron engine is now implemented to get rid of such cases. -
Screen sharing
Users reported that while sharing their screen, they only got a black screen. Electron issue prevent users to get the appropriate view. -
Setup
The setup installed the application in the administrator account when running as administrator on a non-admin account. It can now be installed in the current (non-admin) account by using this flag: \Rainbow_Installer_User.exe /ForceInstallDeps WebRTC status The WebRTC information in the administrator's view could be incomplete (no status) The information getting this status has been reworked to display anything needed.
