Random Rainbow application crash

Issue

The Rainbow application closes at random, for example after receiving a notification, but can occur during normal use of any of the application's functions.

Root Cause

The crashes are directly linked to an Android issue in "Google Play system"

How to fix the issue

The issue has been fixed by Google with Januar 1, 2024 version. You'll have to update your phone to this version or above:

• Go to the phone Parameters
• In the search field type Google Play system

• Select Google Play system update and check if you have the version Januar 1, 2024

• If not click on Google Play system update, a new version should be proposed to download and install.
• Install the update.
