Supervision
Supervision phone keys were not always clear enough. The name of a supervision or a speed dial phone key can be customized by administrator for better readability if necessary. -
Phone transfer mode
Users could complain about transfer on Myriad phones. Now, the transfer mode is part of configuration by Administrators through a global setting "Phone transfer mode", with following values: "New call option", "Attended transfer", "Blind transfer", "Select transfer type" (default value, applied only to NEW CloudPBXs). -
Notifications
The duration of notifications could be too short for some users. This duration is configurable by user or set by administrator. -
Hub - Incoming calls
In very specific case, there may be no audio between an incoming call and another user during a conference. The last user was badly identified in such a case, so the audio couldn't be established. -
Conferences
Users didn't get the same benefit from the support control of audio devices with the same level of service as when in a Rainbow P2P call. This support control has been added (warning: users may suffer some audio issues by using ALE300/500 on BT headset management)
