In Rainbow Office mode, the user can decide if an incoming call pop-up is raised in Rainbow when taking the call on the deskphone. This option is modifiable in the user's settings. -
Innovation (Licenses: Enterprise, Voice Enterprise)
Bubble owner and organizer roles can create and publish polls in bubbles to collect easier and more efficiently the feedback from the bubble audience, access their detailed results. (1 to 20 question maximum per poll, 20 answers maximum per question, anonymous or not). The creator is able to edit and suppress a poll in addition to other actions, while the other organizers are able to publish, clone, and see detailed results only. Everyone in the bubble can vote. -

Actions that can be defined for each routine are split in 2 groups: "actions in this routine" and "other available actions" when at least one action is enabled, or "No actions in this routine" and "Available actions" when no action are selected. -

In companies or organizations with auto-accept enabled, when looking for a contact via search, and after opening the contact details, the presence is now automatically visible, avoiding the user to explicitly do the “Add to my network” action. This evolution only automates this “Add to my network” action and leads to the same behavior as before with the other person being added to the contacts, and with bi-directional presence visibility. (Reminder: the auto-accept mode must be requested to Rainbow CCare through a ticket). -

The owner of a bubble can promote easily all current bubble members to organizers at the bubble creation or at any time. -

Hybrid Telephony (License: Business, Enterprise, Attendant)
Teams application offers Rainbow supervision feature which allows users to join or exit (if authorized) every group they belong to. An indicator displays if the user is in or out of the group and how many users are currently in the groups. Supervised incoming calls are notified and can be picked up directly from a popup. -
Hybrid Telephony (License: Business, Enterprise, Attendant)
A Rainbow user with manager role is able to delegate their incoming phone calls to one or several Rainbow users with assistant role. During this delegation, the manager is notified silently (Web) only of these calls and they are presented to Assistant(s) as Supervised calls, Assistant(s) can pick up these calls. -
Hybrid Telephony (License: Hybrid offer)
It's possible now to configure an internal number in the immediate forward on overflow "Forward on cloud connection issue". -
Infrastructure & Serviceability (License: Voice offer)
Realtime information on the Rainbow Hub Queues about (1) the available members, (2) the ongoing calls (number & ongoing duration) and (3) the queued calls (number & waiting time), is displayed dynamically directly on the group calls.
Main Fixes

Admin
It was not possible to invite someone with an apostrophe in the name to join the company. Special characters are now considered in that case. -
Attendant
There was an irrelevant error message in the attendant console for an attendant whose telephonic association was not configured. It's due to a configuration issue. From now, users granted an attendant license while they have no telephony cannot access the supervision console. -
Audio
Users could get audio issue when a Web client establishes a conference call with a generic SIP DECT device. Sip device is now completely treated this particular case of conference. -
Audio-Video devices
It was not possible anymore to set micro loudspeaker and camera on Desktop app in certain configuration. -
Calls
Calls from operator to a Rainbow user shown the number instead of the name. The web app didn't consider the name / first name included in the QUEUED event for a call being reserved by operator. -
Bubbles
List of bubble participants didn't display a horizontal slider when participants have a long name. -
Chat
Chat didn't allow randomly to go back to the beginning of a line to add a character. Content was sometimes produced through another method that blocked a correct edition. -
Chat
When a user wanted to modify a chat having a smiley in the middle of the text, the smiley was moving at the last of the text. The smiley keeps its initial position now. -
Bubble
It could be not possible to join a bubble with more than 5 people. An error, raised before all participant info were updated, prevent the bubble to run correctly. -
Forward
Users could not create a call forwarding public number or remove one when already applied. This is fixed. -
'Members' admin page
The administrator can now get at once internal and DDI phone numbers in the 'members' section of the administration tab. -
MFA (Multi factor authentification)
The tooltip in MFA context was wrong. Mousing over the tooltip, the message is now: "By checking this box, this authentication method will apply to all members. In addition to login/password authentication, it offers members the option of configuring an additional authentication factor." -
Overflow
When a Hunting Group is forwarded to another Hunting Group after timeout, sometimes members of both Groups couldn't pick up the calls in. The incoming call is now managed properly during the forward. -
Subscriptions
It was not possible to cancel a prepaid license just ordered. It has been fixed. -
Teams
Closing the call screen with the cross opened the Desktop app. This has been fixed. -
Translations
There was an issue of automatic text translation in a conversation pop. French wording has been reviewed in some areas. German wording has been reviewed in LDAP connector (Erstellung/Aktualisierung ) -
Users
A popup about "suspended users" appeared every time an admin went to the Member's view, even if there were no suspended users. The popup is displayed now only when they are suspended users. -
Voice prompts - Rainbow Hub
In the admin page, the voice prompts didn't display any data under hunting group if there were groups with waiting queue. The data are filled correctly now.

From the 'equipment’s Dashboard' admin page, an admin can export the PBXs list of the companies they manage. The csv file details company name / equipment name / server type / status / date of last status update. -

The addition of a PBX call from a P2P Rainbow call or a bubble can be decided for each user by defining a new barring option in the profiles: "call a participant using a phone number". The values can be: Allowed for all / Internal / National / Not allowed. To simplify the settings 'Telephony' & 'Calling' in the Profiles page, both sections have been merged into 'Telephony and Unified Communication'. -

An admin can declare a new supervision group with type Manager/Assistant in section 'Communications', users belonging to this group have got a license from the Hybrid offer. -

The OXE entity secret flag is now read automatically from OXE (Periodicity: at every OXE agent restart and periodically once a day) The checkbox in the equipment page becomes read-only for the administrator. -

By using flags in User template profile , administrator can restrict users to use only Computer mode or only Other Phone mode for those equipped with Rex/anyPhone device. -

In some countries (step 1: France), it is possible to get rid of the prefix by enabling the new option "Optimized phone dialing" in the 'General' section of the Equipment information. In such a case, users dialing an outgoing call on their deskphone do not need to add the outbound prefix in front of the number (private / national or international destination are categorized as such). In the same admin page, the administrator can test how is converted a number. -
Hub - Admin
Admin & EC Admins - The transfer modes on Myriad phones are now part of configuration by Administrators through a global setting "Phone transfer mode", with following values: "New call option", "Attended transfer", "Blind transfer", "Select transfer type" (default value, applied only to NEW CloudPBXs). At user's level, a new setting is implemented with "same as company" default value. -

Subscription - New CPaaS subscription model "APP Connect" 'in addition to 'Pay as you go' and 'Business' is opened to developers. It offers a predictive business model that allows to define a customer sales price without surprises. Billing is based on the number of licenses subscribed by the Business Partner for one customer and one App Connect application. The admin with 'finance' role, when subscribing the APP CONNECT licenses, has to choose which applications are relevant for the offer. -

Subscription - BP can choose to renew prepaid subscription to monthly: prepaid will be transformed to Monthly at end of contract, by adding an "auto renew to monthly" option. Users associated to prepaid are automatically migrated to an equivalent monthly license. In the email notifying BP of prepaid subscription expiring in the next 45 days, an information is added in the csv file: "true on billed to monthly" of "true on allocated to monthly" or "true on volume to monthly". -

Subscription - Quotation done during the last month of a prepaid subscription will display the price that will be invoiced to the BP on next renewal (1st of next month): BP finance user can see, on the web admin, the amount they will have to pay the 1st of next month for a given prepaid subscription -

When an administrator deletes a connector while this connector is still connected , the connection is ended and the ldap connector is notified of this disconnection request. -
Analytics
- In the Analytics Global dashboard, in the Settings windows, it is possible to drag&drop the different sections in order to re-arrange them. This new order is then applied and store for further consultations in the same company on the same browser. In "Audio quality" tab, 2 new filters are available: Day & time period. In addition, enhancements allow a better readability on used filters thanks to the new button "Add a filter".
- In 'Voice' section, a new tab 'Call log' shows list of all the Rainbow Hub calls made within a company To be noted: restrictions (1) Conferences are currently not shown in the Global Call Log (2) Calls to a Queue appear as two calls: one between caller and the Queue, always marked answered / one initiated by the Queue for the rest of the call flow. Analytics privacy authorizes 2 levels: company-level & user-level.
- Hub EC admin can benefit from a global end-to-end visual call log (which can be filtered). They are able to follow the path of a call through the configured HUB options and see how much time is used per call. Restrictions: - no conference - calls to Queue appear as 2 calls (Caller<->Queue always marked answered / Queue<->rest of the call) To be noted: Permission applied is the same than Analytics level (No/Company/User). </-></->
