Call Queue Realtime stats - Licenses: Voice offer
Realtime information on the Rainbow Hub Queues about the available members, the ongoing calls (number & ongoing duration) and the queued calls (number & waiting time) is displayed dynamically directly on the group calls. -
Raise Hand in conferences
During a conference call, users can virtually raise their hand to let other participants they want to contribute or ask a question without interrupting the conversation. Raise/lower the hand is seen by all other participants. Organizers & owner of the bubble can lower all hands at once.

Favorites
Special characters were badly displayed in Favorites. It's fixed. -
Outgoing calls
Users could not make any outgoing calls. Some calls blocked the following. It has been fixed. -
Supervision
In supervision Group, the button to answer the call sometimes didn't not work. In some cases, properties of the supervised user were no longer available, preventing the supervision to work correctly. -
Manager/assistant
A forward from assistant to manager, the manager got a popup only, the call rang again on assistant side. The transfer was not handled correctly. -
SSO
At the token expiration (60 days) the MFA process had to be completely carried out again by users for reconnection on Desktop. This issue was linked to SSO cookies.

Call Queue recording - Licenses: Voice offer
An admin can enable call recording on call queues as for hunting groups with a custom sound set played before entering the queue.
