File cleaning has been redesigned to improve user experience. A 'Free up space' option can be used to recover storage space (the size of the space that will be recovered is displayed in green on the bar). Shared files by other people are clearly identified. A sound (water drop like) is played for the other participants when user raise their hand in a conference. - Collaboration

Any attendee can raise (or lower) their hand through a button in a webinar to gain attention from the presenter(s). A notification is displayed on attendee's and presenter's side to notify the hand status. The presenter can lower the hands. - Cloud & Hybrid Telephony
The call secrecy, configured in user settings can also be seen as shortcut in the top bar so that the user gets a direct view when activated. In Softphony mode, a hot key (shortcut keyboard) is set to answer phone calls when an incoming call popup is raised. It can be used also to drop an active call. The key is able to (1) make call, (2) answer, (3) drop a call. (The same key as for makecall is reused). - Cloud & Hybrid Telephony
When active, the auto-answer, configured in user settings can also be seen as shortcut in the telephony part of the top bar so that the user gets a direct view on its status. - Hybrid Telephony
The solution now supports AES256 encryption for softphone calls with the OmniPCX Enterprise ecosystem (requires OXE version 101 MD3). This stronger level of encryption becomes the default behavior. - Hybrid Telephony
The DTMF sequence entered by the user is hidden by default, for security reason (the sequence can be a password. Digits entered one by one appear fleetingly (1 second max), but a 'show icon' allows to display the complete sequence. - Hybrid Telephony
Depending on some Rainbow states (Busy) a call from OXE will return a busy tone to the caller. It concerns the followings: - Rainbow user in Rainbow conference - Rainbow user in DND - Rainbow user rejects the call without voice mail. This feature is strongly dependent on the OXE version (N3 MD3 or above). - [Early Adopter] Softphone
The telephony and the softphone are moved behind a phone icon in place of the current 'call history' icon used to access call-log. This section groups all telephony widgets (Speed dial, Group, CCD, Manager/Assistant... ). Real time widgets ( Active calls, Supervised calls...) are still presented when other UC function are selected.

The Voice tab could be not displayed at the first attempt. It's now permanently shown. - Audio/video devices
It was possible anymore to set micro loudspeaker and camera on Desktop app in certain configuration (Citrix environment). When the user has allowed the virtual machine can access the local devices (on PC), it is ok. - Chat view
Some users couldn't go back to the chat page after a call initiated when called was found from the search bar. Exit search mode is now effective in all cases. - Copy/paste
Paste text from excel or some other app file did copy only an image, not the text itself. Previous behavior has been restored (image + text are sent). - DTMF
It was not possible to use the keypad to enter DTMF for accessing 4645 voice mail from Rainbow. The keypad is now available again. - [Early Adopter] Citrix

Some Youtube URL were not accepted in the waiting room. - Full screen
The contextual help didn't appear by moving the mouse over it in full screen mode. It's been reestablished. - Icon
The icon 'mode' disappeared when users were assigned licenses. Only the add of another phone as second device made this symbol reappearing. The icon display was badly managed in one case. - Inactivity
Desktop app could enter a state of black inactive screen for no reason. A mechanism for opening a pop-up window no longer worked properly. - Notifications
Bubble invite notification remained active after the user had accepted the invitation several times. It has been fixed. - Rainbow app
Rainbow app culd be greyed out without any reason. The issue was due to a lack of update of the 'calendar' settings, it could be fixed by disabling + enabling again the calendar in the settings of user. - Search
In Recordings section, using the custom date filter didn't give the expected results. The request returned all records up to the chosen date. It has been fixed. - Syntax
Correct punctuation fixed a syntax issue in voice mail messages string.
Administration

Company admins can implement a custom data retention policy by cleaning-up messages and files older than a configurable period. In scope: - Files stored by a user on his own storage - Files exchanged by a user in p2p or bubble - Voice messages left in p2p or bubble conversations - Records of conferences and webinars Out of this scope: - User's avatar and bubble - Rainbow Hub Voice messages records (subject to a specified 2-month data retention policy) - User management
Administrators can disable the capability for users to set their presence to “Invisible” by setting the Presence parameter 'Enable users to set their presence to Invisible state' to 'not allowed' in the user profiles. - Rainbow EDGE
Infrastructure / Serviceability - EDGE only - some Edges, accessed to the administration interface must be done only from a specific network. In such a case, the admin button could be hidden to forbid the web admin interface. - Service Notification
Releases of new applications, Service disruptions & Changes to the technical prerequisites for using the solution (network requirements, etc.) will be presented directly in the administrator interface, depending on their profile & license (end customer admin, reseller bp_admin). This information is targeted according to region and company equipment and presented with a level of criticality. - Analytics
The Audio Quality dashboard displays now to administrators all information at once for analyzing a call, instead of separate legs belonging to the same call. - Subscriptions
BP Finance (VAD / DR) are able to define a duration -between 3 and 60 months- for a monthly subscription. Monthly subscription with an expiration date in the next 45 days are added to the csv file attached to the notification email. A monthly subscription without duration will never expire automatically. - Subscriptions
On the subscription home page, only the subscriptions that have been ordered are displayed. A new "add subscription" button opens a page with service plans for ease the choice to subscribe new licenses. Four service plans are available: Hybrid / Hub / Options / Applications. - Subscriptions
External Purchase Order references for ECs have been improved as follows: In the 'Subscriptions' view, -- column "purchase order" can be seen, set or updated by VAD only. -- column "additional purchase order" can be seen, set or updated by VAD and IR. In the 'Company" field, -- customer reference can be seen and edited by VAD only -- additional reference can be seen and edited by VAD and IR. This information is reported in the INV_SERV file. - Subscriptions
New price list and Service description is available. - Telephony hybrid
Infrastructure - admin To simplify complex OXE configuration with a cluster of WebRTC Gateways, an optional parameter can distribute ongoing calls dynamically, independently from the setting in OXE. When a Gateway has reached its maximum capacity of ongoing calls, depending on the value set in the parameter "Specify maximum concurrent calls (Multi-WebRTC deployment" from the new section "Maximum concurrent calls", an automatic overflow will push the following calls to the next WebRTC Gateway. To be noted: needs OXE version sup or equal to N3.501 - Cloud Telephony
A specific option in SIP generic devices of Rainbow Hub is available to disable the media encryption (Encryption is enabled by default). At UI level, when disabled, a Warning is displayed near the Check box to show that it is not recommended (for legal purpose it's mandatory to store this acknowledgement in Rainbow database). - Cloud Telephony
An administrator can now define multiple closed hours, closed days. It's possible to associate a specific prompt to a closed hours’ time-range and to keep the default one which is applied when no specific prompt is defined. The welcome configuration displays an additional setting for specific closed hours’ time range or specific closed days in the welcome service information screen.
To be noted:
- Custom prompt won't be taken into account during a manual switch when the company is manually closed,
- 5 specific prompt max allowed in closed hours,
- 10 specific prompts max allowed for specific days.
Warning: For the moment, although the configuration is authorized in the administration area, it has not yet been taken into account. The default message will continue to be used for your contacts. The function will be fully operational shortly.
