On Thursday 22/08/2024, we will perform some upgrade activity to improve Rainbow Services.

This applies only to Rainbow HDS users.

 

REGION: EMEA => HDS environment only

🕘 Time slots: Thursday, August 22, from 21:00 CEST to 23:00 CEST

  • Some users will be disconnected twice, some errors could appear 2 minutes during the upgrade.
  • Telephony services may experience some troubles 5 minutes during the upgrade.
  • Notifications may be missing 5 min during the upgrade.
