Why Do I Have to Type My Password Again?

To ensure Rainbow high level of security, you may have to type your password to connect to Rainbow. 

If you utilize Rainbow on your Desktop or Web, you may have to type your password when:

  • You have not used Rainbow for 15 days
  • You have used Rainbow for a period of 56 days

NOTE: 
This measure is taken to improve your security.
