Files exchanged on Rainbow are stored for further utilization and archived in two categories: received and sent.

NOTE: You can NOT delete files you have received, unlike the ones, that you have sent to other Rainbow users.

How to Manage My Received Files?
|
To manage your received files:
- Go to the "Files" page by clicking on the icon in the top banner of your Rainbow screen,
- Select the tab "Received,"
- Choose whether to display your files by Date or Name or Size, and
- Apply a filter (Images, Audio/Video, PDF, Microsoft Office) if you wish.
- Download your file by clicking on the blue icon in the middle of your document's line.

How to Manage My Received Files?

- Go to your "Conversations" page by clicking on the icon in the lower banner of your screen,
- Click on the three white dots in the top right corner of your screen to unfold a menu of actions.

- There, select "Show files received,"
- To display the list of files received and their related information.

How to Download My Received Files?
|
|
|
- From your page "Files Received," select the document you wish to download and click on the icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Choose how and where you want to save this document.

How to Transfer My Received Files?
|
|
|
- From your conversation page, select the received document you wish to transfer and click on the three dots located at the document's sides.
- Then, a menu of options unfolds at the bottom of your screen. You may "Forward," "Share," "Save" or "Delete" this document.
