The Outlook Add-In enables you to directly continue a conversation that has begun through emails in Rainbow. You may then smooth your communication and enjoy all Rainbow functionalities (Audio/Video calls, Screen sharing, File sharing, etc.) 

If your interlocutor has no Rainbow account yet, you can choose to send an invitation to join your network. 

How to Create a Conversation via Outlook Add-In?

Write to one of your Rainbow contacts: 

1. Select an email in your inbox or one of your Outlook contacts.
2. In Outlook top banner, click on the icon "Send a message."
3. If the sender email address is linked to one of your Rainbow contacts, a conversation opens. You simply have to type your message and send it. 

Note: You may also right click on an email or one of your Outlook contacts. The unfolding menu allows you to access all actions available in Outlook top banner. 

Invite someone who is not part of your Rainbow contacts: 

1. Select an email in your inbox or one of your Outlook contacts.
2. In Outlook top banner, click on the icon "Send a message."
3. If the sender email address is not linked to one of your Rainbow contacts, you may directly invite them via Outlook. 

Note: You can follow your invitations sent via Outlook under the Rainbow "Contacts" tab.
