How to Select the Device to Use for Make my Phone Calls?

Rainbow allows you to make phone calls. Depending of your Company's configuration, you can use your workphone, your mobile or your Rainbow application to chat with your interlocutor.

How to Select the Device to Use for Make my Phone Calls?

An icon on the top banner of your application allows you to choose which device you want to use to make your phonecalls. The choices available depend on the configuration of your Company.

P For exemple, the option AnyDevice is required to launch your phonecalls using your mobile phone.

The table below summarizes the different configurations:

Device to use	Configuration	Device that rings on an incoming call
Laptop	AnyDevice AND VOIP	Desktop and all Rainbow applications
Office station	Desk Phone Control OR AnyDevice	Desktop and secondary device configured in the PBX. It is possible to ring the office station only.
Professional mobile	AnyDevice	Office and mobile workstation
Personal phone	AnyDevice	Office Station and Personal phone
Personal mobile	AnyDevice	Office Station and Mobile Staff
Other post	AnyDevice	Office station and another phone of your choice

Note: The list of devices to use to make your phone calls is based on the information in your Rainbow profile.

How to Create a Rainbow Bubble? Go to your "Bubbles" space by clicking on the icon in the lower banner of your screen. To create a Bubble, click on the PLUS sign in the top right corner of your screen.

Type a name for your Bubble and a topic, then click on "Continue". To add participants, search people you wish to invite to join your Bubble. You can add every Rainbow public user or people in your network.

Once you have choose your participants, click on "Ok" to create the Bubble. As you are the creator of this Bubble, you will find it listed under the "My bubbles" tab.

How to Create a Rainbow Bubble? Go to your "Bubbles" space by clicking on the icon in the lower banner of your screen. Click on the blue icon at the right of your screen to Create a Bubble.

Type a name for your Bubble and a topic, and click on "Participant(s)" tab. To add participants, search people you wish to invite to join your Bubble. You can add every Rainbow public user or people in your network.

Once you have choose your participants, click on "Validate" to create the Bubble. You will find this Bubble under the tab "My BUBBLE" because you created this Bubble and are, therefore, its organizer.
