I can't validate my password change after having used "Forgot your password?" on login page
One of this two cause can lead to this issue:
- The email received with the validation code is into the "spam" or "clutter" folder of your email client
- You didn't define a correct new password
How to fix the issue
- Check your email client's Spam or Clutter folder, add email@example.com or better the domain openrainbow.com to the trusted senders.
- Verify the format of the password: it must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character and minimum length of 8 characters.
