Rainbow Notifications Do not Work when your iPhone is Connected to a Wifi Network

Issue:

You may encounter when your device is connected to a Wifi Network issues to receive Rainbow notifications.

Root cause:

The problem may be related to iOS bugs on iPhones using iOS versions lower than 13.3.1.

How to fix the issue:

You’ll have to upgrade your iPhone to version 13.3.1 as recommended by Apple. Learn more
