Problem on bubbles (happening since June 26, 2020) has been fixed in solution version 73

We are pleased to announce that since the delivery of Rainbow solution version 73, Wednesday 8th of July, all remaining issues on bubbles should be resolved.

    This Issue is affecting APAC, we are also unable to make changes to Members in a company.

    Hi Sam, yes APAC is affected with troubles on bubbles. But you should be able to change members in a company. 

    Feel free to open a ticket on support.

    Hello Pascal,

    The bubbles are now functioning correctly in APAC.

    The issue with the member modification was due to un-notified maintenance that was in progress at the time of my comment.

    Now the maintenance is over this functionality is working again. It would be nice to be given a few days notice of all upcoming maintenance before it goes ahead as this can affect some major roll outs and existing installs.

    Hello,

    An outage is currently in progress in the CALA and NA Regions. Your phone problem is probably related to this problem.
