Why don't some icons display in my Rainbow web application?

Issue:

From time to time, certain icons and buttons may not be displayed in the Rainbow web application.

Root cause:

This is a bug of the Blink rendering engine in Chrome versions 84 and 85, so the problem is also present on Edge.

How to fix:

Reloading the web page can temporarily solve the issue

• click the Reload button.
• Press "F5" or press "Ctrl + R" (Windows)
• Press "Cmd + R" (MAC)

You may need to reload the web page bypassing the cache

• Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
• Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows)
• Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

The problem is fixed in version 86 of Chrome (can be tested with the dev version Chrome Canary).

For the moment we have no information about the availability date of this correction in the current version of Chrome, a merge of this fix into Chrome 85 is in progress.
