Good Morning,
A constant complaint again last night regarding the system upgrade. On your email it stated the following:
The upgrade to start FROM 21:00, my clients lost connectivity @ 20:15.This has happened on the last 3 upgrades with the work being carried out early.
This has caused problems with staff having to leave work early as their RV connection is lost.
Could we ensure that future upgrades are carried out at the allotted time as advertised.

Thank you for your reply.
As stated my clients have no issue with the upgrades we just need to ensure that the timings are correct. Some customers work around the upgrade but if these are not correct it causes unnecessary aggravation all around. If you could post GMT on your updates that would be helpful as i forward them onto my customers who are potentially going to be affected.

Thanks for your comment. I confirm that the update started at 9pm as indicated in this notification.
However, the Rainbow application experienced some troubles between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm. The disconnections you encountered seem to be related to this incident.
