Speed-dial by range displayed as ABxxxx cannot be dialed, it fails with "Invalid Phone Number".
Since the Speed-dial by range are displayed as ABxxxx, these numbers will be sent as is to the PBX and cannot be dialed.
How to fix the issue:
Let's take for example the speed-dial AB4123 corresponding to the entry 123 in range 4
In the Rainbow PBX configuration, you must create a dialing rule to replace AB with the prefix of your speed dial range.
If the speed-dial range prefix is *04 for range 4 you'll have to create following rule:
- For numbers starting with AB, replace AB with *0
The number send to the PBX will then be *04123
