Would you like to share more information about your availability? Automatically add your calendar information to your Rainbow status. Your contacts will be able to see if you are available before they contact you. You can add calendar information from Microsoft Office 365 and Google Agenda.
Tips: Your calendar information is used to complete the status information in Rainbow. For example, your contacts will be able to see how long you are available before your next meeting.
Add information from your Office365 calendar
You can add information from your Office365 calendar.
- Click on your Avatar on the left menu of your screen.
- In the menu, choose " Settings" and click on " Calendar" to open the config page.
- Click on the "Activate" button. Choose "Microsoft Office 365" then click on the "Accept" button.
- In the pop-up window, log in using your Office 365 credentials.
- You can see a summary of the permissions requested by the "Rainbow Calendar" application. Details of the permissions are shown below.
- Click on the "Accept" button to give the necessary permissions to the application. You can then close the window and return to Rainbow.

Warning: You can change or revoke these permissions from your Microsoft Office365 Application Space. If you revoke the permissions, you will need to reactivate the synchronization from Rainbow to continue using this service.
Note: Depending on the settings of your Microsoft Office365 Organization, the deletion of an application can only be performed by an administrator of the organization.
Add information from your Google Agenda calendar
You can add information from your Google Agenda calendar.
Warning: This feature requires a Google Account attached to a Google Workspace organization that has authorized the "Rainbow" application. Learn more
- Click on your Avatar on the left menu of your screen.
- In the menu, choose " Settings" and click on " Calendar" to open the config page.
- Click on the "Activate" button. Choose "Google Calendar" then click on the "Accept" button.
- In the pop-up window, log in using your Google credentials.
- You can see a summary of the permissions requested by the "Rainbow" application. Details of the permissions are shown below.
- Click on the "Allow" button to give the necessary permissions to the application. You can then close the window and return to Rainbow.
Permissions requested
- See your personal calendar and any other calendars that you can access
- See events on your personal calendar and on other calendars that you can access
- Download a copy of your personal calendar and any other calendars that you can access
- See the email addresses of the contacts or groups with which you share calendars
Your calendar and other calendars that you can access may contain info, such as daily schedules, personal contacts and private appointments.
- View primary email address
- View and manage primary reply-to, display name and signature
- View and manage Out of Office AutoReply settings
- View and manage filters
- View and manage POP settings
- View and manage IMAP settings
- View forwarding settings
- View mail delegates with access to your account
- View "Send mail as" aliases

Cancel calendar information sharing
You can stop sharing your calendar information at any time.
- Click on your Avatar on the left menu of your screen.
- In the menu, choose " Settings" and click on " Calendar" to open the config page.
- Click on the "Cancel calendar info sharing" button to stop sharing this information.
