The problem seems to be linked to a specific datacenter in the EMEA region.
We try to mitigate the incident by routing traffic back to another datacenter in EMEA while progressively restarting the impacted servers.

Remember that the region of the Rainbow Company prevails, not the Rainbow user's region.
In my opinion, there are still problems.
If I forward an image, the receiver gets a message "This message has been deleted" ... but in my screenshot I see that the receiver has blue flags !!!

Customers are still reporting issue's today 19/11/2020.
When will this be finished ?
I confirm that all services are operational since yesterday 15:49 CET.
However, it seems that a tiny part of the PBXs remained disconnected after the incident. To solve this issue, I invite you to reconnect the Rainbow agent from your OXO or OXE equipment.
