A week ago, you must have received a message from Moussa Zaghdoud, EVP, Cloud Communication Business Division who presented a 3-step action plan to further improve Rainbow and make it the even more resilient.
One of the measures announced was:
Ensuring our information and follow-up system proactively delivers real-time notifications as well as offering a live dashboard of our entire Rainbow infrastructure.
Initially scheduled for December 24th, we are delivering the improved Rainbow Status page to you today. It will help you to track the status of Rainbow services in real time by functionality and region.
What's new?
A new website allowing you to:
- check the status of Rainbow Services in real time, by regions or by features.
- access a 90-day history of incidents.
- subscribe to be notified according to your preferences, by email, RSS or Webhook.
How do I access the status website?
From the To Go Further section of the Help Center home page, click on "Services Status".
