This article is intended for company administrators who wish to delegate the business directory management right to one or several members of the company.
A company member with the right to manage business directory are allowed to manage contacts (one by one, or in bulk, if they have the Enterprise license). However, they are not allowed to manage (add, rename, delete) tags.
Procedure:
- From the Rainbow administration interface, click on the Manage your company icon
at the bottom of the left menu. - In the left panel, click on My company, then Members.
- Click on the member to which you want to delegate the business directory management.
- Click on the Roles tab, and select the Modify the professional directory field.
- Click on Apply.
The member role changes to Business directory (Roles column).

From on of our customers we got an request to have the possibility to disable the option to search in the business directory for same of the users.
Can this been implemented same how?
