Do you have an urgent message or information to transmit to a member of your team? Notify them directly in the Bubble. You can add markers in your conversations, so your interlocutors will more easily measure the importance of the information transmitted.
Note: Choose a different ringtone for each type of notification received.
This feature allows Rainbow users to prioritize which messages should be processed first.
Send an Important Message
Alert your collaborators of an emergency by using the send an important message feature.
- Open a Bubble conversation where you want to send the important message.
- In the textbox, click on the button
in the left side.
- Choose the
Send an important message icon.
- Type your message and finally send it.
- Your contact will see a special marker to warn him about the importance of the message.

Send an Information message
You have just learned an information that will be useful for your colleagues? Use the Information function it will allow you to highlight new information in your bubble.
- Open a Bubble conversation where you want to send the information message.
- In the textbox, click on the button in the left side.
- Choose the
Send an information message icon.
- Type your message and finally send it.
- Your contact will see a special marker to warn him about the importance of the message.
