On Thursday, 03/25/2021, we will be performing an upgrade to improve Rainbow's Telephony Services. This should reduce the Telephony Service unavailability issues currently experienced by some users.

 

REGION: EMEA, DE, NA, CALA, APAC, ANZ

🕘 Time slots: Thursday, March 25, from 22:00 CET to 00:00 CET

  • You will experience losses of Telephone Services over the period of the planned operation.
  • You may experience trouble with Rainbow Services throughout the operation.
