Organize your Bubbles with Folders

Are you working on several projects and your Bubbles are piling up? Having trouble organizing all your group conversations? Create folders to manage your Bubbles more efficiently.

Note: You can create up to 5 folders with an Essential license and up to 100 folders with a Business or Enterprise license.

Create a Folder

You can create a folder to group some Bubbles. When creating a folder, you can add a description and pre-fill a Bubbles list.

Move your Bubbles into a Folder

You can move a Bubble to a folder or back to the default list.

Edit or Remove a Folder

You can rename a folder, change its description or delete it.

1. Go to Bubble space clicking on the icon  "Bubble" in the left menu.
2. Once you are in the Bubble space, click on the button "Other actions" in the card of the targeted folder.
3. In the menu, choose " Edit folder" to change its name or description. Click on the button "Apply" to validate te change.
4. In the menu, choose " Delete folder" to remove it and send all the Bubble to the default list.

Tips: No Bubble can be deleted after a folder has been removed. Bubbles in a removed folder will automatically be returned to the default list.
