Are you working on several projects and your Bubbles are piling up? Having trouble organizing all your group conversations? Create folders to manage your Bubbles more efficiently.
Note: You can create up to 5 folders with an Essential license and up to 100 folders with a Business or Enterprise license.
Create a Folder
You can create a folder to group some Bubbles. When creating a folder, you can add a description and pre-fill a Bubbles list.
- Go to Bubble space clicking on the icon "Bubble" in the left menu.
- Once you are in the Bubble space, click on the icon "Create a folder" in the top of the screen.
- Choose a name and description for your folder.
- Click on the Bubbles you wish to add to this folder. You can use the search bar to find your Bubbles more easily.
- Click on the button "Add" or "Create" to validate the creation of the folder.
Move your Bubbles into a Folder
You can move a Bubble to a folder or back to the default list.
- Go to Bubble space clicking on the icon "Bubble" in the left menu.
- Once you are in the Bubble space, click on the button "Other actions" in the card of the targeted Bubble.
- In the menu, choose " Move to..." to send the Bubble to a folder. Then click on the folder you want to send this Bubble to. Click on the button "Apply" to validate te move.
- In the menu, choose " Remove from folder" to send the Bubble to the default list.
Edit or Remove a Folder
You can rename a folder, change its description or delete it.
- Go to Bubble space clicking on the icon "Bubble" in the left menu.
- Once you are in the Bubble space, click on the button "Other actions" in the card of the targeted folder.
- In the menu, choose " Edit folder" to change its name or description. Click on the button "Apply" to validate te change.
- In the menu, choose " Delete folder" to remove it and send all the Bubble to the default list.
Tips: No Bubble can be deleted after a folder has been removed. Bubbles in a removed folder will automatically be returned to the default list.
