The ZoHo Rainbow connector brings the following features to the
CRM users:
- Click to call from Leads, Contacts and Accounts records
- Screen Pop (Open respective contact upon incoming telephony call)
- Activity Log (Incoming and Outgoing calls)
- Direct Dialling (CTI Calls)

I also asked Zoho CRM and this is their answer:
Zoho support has informed us that this connector will only be deployed in US DataCenters. A deployment in the EU is not planned.
