Become a Rainbow reseller for customer companies

This article is intended for company administrators who need to become Rainbow reseller for customer companies.

To become a Rainbow reseller, you must establish a partnership with a Rainbow distributor. This partnership is done by sending an invitation to the target distributor in Rainbow: see: Sending an invitation to a Rainbow distributor.

At any moment, you can resend or cancel the invitation to the Rainbow distributor: see: Managing your invitation sent to a Rainbow distributor.

Once the invitation accepted:

• The distributor company is displayed in your dashboard (YOUR PARTNER)
  A Contact option allows you to start a Rainbow conversation with the Rainbow distributor. 
• MY CUSTOMERS is displayed at the bottom left of the Administration panel

Sending an invitation to a Rainbow distributor

1. From the Rainbow administration interface, click on the Manage your company icon at the bottom of the left menu.
2. Click on Dashboard at the top of the left panel.
3. In the YOUR PARTNER panel, click on Define partner.
4. Select the Become a reseller of this distributor check box.
5. Enter the first letters of the name of the distributor company. A list of matching entries appears allowing you to select the company of your choice.
6. Click on Apply.
   A confirmation message is displayed.
7. Click on Close.

Managing your invitation sent to a Rainbow distributor

1. From the Rainbow administration interface, click on the Manage your company icon at the bottom of the left menu.
2. Click on Notifications at the bottom of the left panel.
3. In the Requests issued panel, select the corresponding button to resend or cancel the invitation sent to the Rainbow distributor.
