This article is intended for company administrators who wish to associate their company to a Rainbow reseller.
This association is done by sending an invitation to the target Rainbow reseller: see: Sending an invitation to a Rainbow reseller.
At any moment, you can resend or cancel the invitation sent to the Rainbow reseller: see: Managing your invitation sent to a Rainbow reseller.
Once the invitation accepted, the reseller company is displayed in your dashboard (YOUR PARTNER). A Contact option allows you to start a Rainbow conversation with the Rainbow reseller.
Once associated to your company, a reseller can:
- Subscribe licenses for your company: You can then distribute these licenses to your company members. For details on license management, see: How to Manage My Company Subscriptions?
- Declare voice equipment in your company: Cloud PBX, OmniPCX Enterprise, OXO Connect, or third party PBX: You can then provide to your company members the telephony features provided by the associated voice equipment. For details, see: Rainbow Feature List and Applications
- If your company is associated to a Cloud PBX:
- Manage telephone devices and the numbering plan
- Define advanced telephony features with Welcome service, Automated Attendant, and emergency numbers
Sending an invitation to a Rainbow reseller
- From the Rainbow administration interface, click on the Manage your company icon at the bottom of the left menu.
- Click on Dashboard at the top of the left panel.
- In the YOUR PARTNER panel, click on Define partner.
- Do not select the Become a reseller of this distributor check box.
- Enter the first letters of the name of the reseller company. A list of matching entries appears allowing you to select the company of your choice.
- Click on Apply.
A confirmation message is displayed. - Click on Close.
Managing your invitation sent to a Rainbow reseller
- From the Rainbow administration interface, click on the Manage your company icon at the bottom of the left menu.
- Click on Notifications at the bottom of the left panel.
- In the Requests issued panel, select the corresponding button to resend or cancel the invitation sent to the Rainbow reseller.
