A fix has been done to allow either picking up the second call or resuming the first on-hold call, or entering a conference. - Incoming call: bad routing
In Rainbow hub context, when flag ‘Ignore VoIP call when in DND’ is set, but DND not activated by the user, external incoming calls to users already busy in Rainbow voice call were routed to the voicemail but not presented. The test made for presenting a second call was wrong, it has been fixed. - Login through SSO
Some users couldn’t access their Rainbow app by using SSO provided with Office 365. The login is possible again. - Missed calls count
The indicator of the missed calls didn’t give the right number in some web apps. The correct count has been reestablished. - Messages removed
When network issues occurred and users were writing an IM, they were allowed sending the messages, but these ones disappeared after a refresh. The sent IMs are kept even after a Rainbow page has been refreshed. - Forward (Web app and Rainbow Hub environment)
Calls to the welcome number of a group without overflow, with only one active member who has DND activated and flag ‘set ignore VOIP calls when in DND is active’ were deflected to the group user’s voicemail. They should get a ‘destination unavailable’ voice prompt instead. The application considered only DND+flag parameters and deflected the calls. Now it also identifies the group calls, and behaves as it should.
