Agents using a CCD installed on OmniPCX Enterprise can now join their group and manage their phone call from Rainbow! Regular users will find the "Withdraw" and "Wrap-up" features directly in the app under the search bar. Learn more

- Phone meetings
A phone meeting locked by the organizer could not be unlocked afterwards. Being sympathetic to latecomers, we have taken steps to correct this. 🔓 - Phone calls - Rainbow Hub
Features such as "put call on hold" or "call transfer" could be randomly absent during phone calls. We have made sure that all telephony functions are always available.
