This article allows company administrators to invite people to join their company.
An invitation can be sent to people who already have a Rainbow account, or people without Rainbow account, using their email address.
Invitations can be sent simultaneously to one or several people: see: Sending an invitation to people.
At any moment, an invitation can be resent (for example after a first refusal) or cancelled: see: Resending or canceling an invitation.
Sending an invitation to people
- From the Rainbow administration interface, click on the Manage your company icon at the bottom of the left panel.
- In the left panel, click on My company, then Members.
- In the right panel, click on the Invitations tab.
- Click on Invite at the top of the right panel.
- Add people in the Invite members panel:
- For people with Rainbow account: enter the first letters of their name and select your choice in the list of matching entries
- For people without Rainbow account: enter their email address and click on Enter
Example of people entry: - Click on Continue.
A window is displayed to indicate invitations are sent. - Click on OK.
All the invitations are listed with the Invited status.
Note: The status changes to Refused when people reject the invitation.
Resending or canceling an invitation
- From the Rainbow administration interface, click on the Manage your company icon at the bottom of the left menu.
- In the left panel, click on My company, then Members.
- In the right panel, click on the Invitations tab.
- Move your mouse over the target person name or email, click on , and select the corresponding button to resend or cancel the invitation sent to the person.
