Distribute Incoming Calls
You can transfer a call to your colleagues while having access to their Rainbow presence. You can transfer the call directly or you can call the person first to tell them about the transfer.
- During a call, you can transfer the call to one of your favorites by clicking on the "call" button.
- During a call, you can call one of your favorites in order to warn him before proceeding to the transfer by clicking on the button "transfer call". If you use this function, the initial call will be put on hold until you transfer it.
