This article allows company administrators to configure the subscriptions ordered for their company.
Configuration operations are performed from the subscription management window of the company: see: Accessing the subscription management window.
The subscriptions are classified into several categories:
- Service and Option, with a validity period (monthly or annual), and renewal possibility for annual subscriptions, if enabled
- Custom, not limited in time
Example of subscription management window:
The subscription management window displays:
- The number of Licenses subscribed
- The number of licenses Allocated
- The subscription that will be assigned by default at member creation (identified by the full star icon ) (Service subscriptions only)
- For Service and Option subscriptions:
- The Purchase Order Number, if any
- The subscription Plan (monthly or annual)
- For X-Year prepaid offers, the subscription Expiration date, and renewal status: programmed (icon ) or not programmed (icon )
- The subscription Status
From the subscription management window, you can:
- Display the history of operations for a subscription: see: Displaying history of operations for a subscription
- Display the company members assigned to a subscription: see: Displaying company members assigned to a subscription
- Modify the subscription assigned by default at member creation: see: Modifying subscription assigned by default at member creation
- If you are granted the administrator rights, manage Service and Option subscriptions: see: Managing Service and Option subscriptions
- If you want to order new subscriptions, or update subscriptions whereas you have not administrator rights, contact your Rainbow Reseller.

Accessing the subscription management window
- From the Rainbow administration interface, click on the Manage your company icon at the bottom of the left panel.
- In the MY COMPANY panel, click on My company.
- In the left panel, click on Subscriptions.
The subscription management window is displayed.
Displaying history of operations for a subscription
From the subscription management, move your mouse over the target subscription, click on , and select History.
The history page lists all the operations performed on the subscription since its creation. These operations can be filtered by type (creation, update or deletion) and time (hours, week, month or year).

Displaying company members assigned to a subscription
From the subscription management window, move your mouse over any subscription, click on , and select Display members.
The member configuration window is displayed. The Services column displays the subscriptions assigned to company members.
Modifying subscription assigned by default at member creation
This operation only applies to Service subscriptions.
From the subscription management window, click on the empty star icon next to the target subscription. The star icon switches to the full star icon .

Managing Service and Option subscriptions
When you are granted the administrator rights, you can:
- Increase or decrease the number of licenses for the selected subscription
- Increase or decrease the subscription duration in months (prepaid subscription only)
- Activate or deactivate automatic renewal (prepaid subscription only)
To manage a Service or Option subscription:
- From the subscription management window, move your mouse over the target subscription, click on , and select Manage subscription.
- In the Adjust number of licenses, use the + and - buttons to adjust the number of licenses.
Note: The - button is grayed if you have not the administrator right to decrease the number of licenses.
- In the Subscription duration (in months), use the + and - buttons to adjust the subscription duration (in months).
This automatically updates the subscription expiration date (for example: April 1, 2023).Note: You cannot decrease the initial subscription duration. If it is 1 year (1-YEAR PREPAID), the minimum number of months is 12. - If needed, select Automatically renew subscription, and modify the Renewal duration (in months) and the Volume of licenses to be renewed (number calculated from the licenses already purchased or allocated).
Note: The minimum renewal duration is 12 months.
- Click Confirm to apply changes.
