For any user logged into a Rainbow application together with the iOS application, any call acknowledged on the other application, the ringtone on iOS stops - Bubbles & Web conferences
A user can pin any participant attending a conference (available for more than 10 participants) from the right panel; A pinned participant is shown in the grid but can be unpinned either from the grid, or from the right panel of participants. This new feature replaces the option of changing the video of one user to another on the grid. - Bubbles & Web conferences
The behavior of the "delegation" option during a conference has been adapted to restrain the temporary rights of user benefiting from the moderation (such as: they can’t add any participant). In case there is no possibility to delegate, the conference can last 15 minutes. - User interface
The user can retract their left panel to enlarge their chat room. - Rainbow Hub – Communication
Rainbow Hub clients ready for compatibility with the new technology embedded in browsers using chromium. - Rainbow Hub – Communication
The Ring back tone is now centralized to avoid users getting 2 RBT or none when they initiate a call.
Main Fixes
- Translation
Fixed Turkish and German strings for CCD agents. - Analytics
Some filters were not working correctly when the admin used the Desktop application. The filters can be activated from all admin views. - VoIP Calls
It happened randomly that users couldn’t make any VoIP call. The mechanism implemented to minimize impact of micro-cuts in the network has been reinforced in certain boundary cases. - Display
In notifications in admin view, the red frame was narrower than the displayed number of notifications. The frame has been resized to fit every numbers now. - Bubble
It happened to not be possible sometime modifying the subject of a bubble. The name and the subject of a bubble are limited to 255 characters, a clear error message is sent when the limit is exceeded. - Calls dropped
When additional external call from OXE coming to a rainbow user already in call was not answered, all calls were dropped if the additional call was hung up first. The hanging up mechanism has been reviewed to not drop unexpectingly calls. - Analytics
Some calls seemed to be missed in the dashboard. Inconsistency in time zone for reporting the calls. - Rainbow Hub - Public numbers
Preview of the new range of public numbers created by an admin displayed a wrong international format. Display is now fully available in E.164 format - Rainbow Hub - Public numbers
It could be impossible to create a public number for an End customer. For an Indirect Reseller without cloud pbx, the option 'admin has the right to create or remove public number' at the VAD level was not offered so the VAD couldn’t manage the creation of public numbers for an End-Customer. - Rainbow Hub - analytics
Incoming calls routed to a hunting group through a welcome service were not displayed on the analytics. Analytics sheet have implemented the Welcome Services data n - Rainbow Hub – Contact
Added new contacts could be duplicated randomly in the contact list, and then both disappeared. Check is made to adding properly a new contact.

The page ‘Audio quality’ is enhanced with the parameter ‘Codecs’ to allow a better characterization of the calls. - Rainbow Hub
An option is provided to customize the overflow management, per hunting group, with a voice prompt ‘unavailable’, seen as new destination.
