For a better comfort of the user, Rainbow telephony connector for Teams now lets the user manage a “Do not disturb” status. A telephony presence area is added on the upper part of the Rainbow Telephony connector and proposes to the user to set a Do Not Disturb for Telephony calls.
User can keep his status “online” and telephony calls will be presented as usual. If user sets his status to DnD, then user can still choose between two cases:
- The telephony calls are not presented in a popup, only the telephony presence status and the systray Rainbow icon will be in red during a ringing call.
- The telephony calls are still presented in a popup but silently without ringing
Calendar presence
User can authorize Rainbow to access to his Microsoft Calendar and retrieve his planned meetings.
User can then decide that an automatic DND will be set during a calendar meeting.
If no calendar access is defined by the user, the configuration section informs the user that he must authorize Rainbow to access one to activate this automatic DND.
If a calendar is available, then user can set the automatic DND
Note: User cannot define Rainbow access to his calendar from Rainbow telephony connector. He must logs in https://web.openrainbow.com and proceed as described in https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017061340-Add-or-Remove-your-Calendar-Information

Hello,
I have done some testing with this integration and it looks fine.
I am however missing some parts in the implementation and then in particular
the possibility to log in a CCD user in OTCCSE,
Should it be possible to change the Telephony Settings with integration of the CCD part?
so to be able to login an agent, withdraw, use pause and do a possible choice for computer as phone set too?
