New Features
- SalesForce "Cases" integration
- On incoming calls, the Agent will have the ability to open either the corresponding Account, contact or Case record. If a case is selected, then an activity (call log) will be created against the case (date, time, call status, duration etc...) as it done for accounts and contacts. APEX class need to be update to use this feature.
- Outgoing calls can also be performed from a case through embedded Click to Call option in the record.

Fixed an issue where contact was created twice for an outgoing call.
