Managing your on-premises telephony system separately from your communication applications can be a daunting task. You’re confronted with the decision to rip and replace your trusted old pal or keep things as inconvenient as they currently are. Well, fret no more, because we’re here to save your day.
Enter Rainbow. It helps you protect your existing telephony investments by running on top of your ecosystem and thus delivering top features such as the custom virtual background in all your conference calls! No more embarrassing situations with family members walking in on your conference. You will never need to rush around cleaning your home office because an important virtual customer meeting beckons either. This feature will help you protect your privacy in style.
On top of users being able to choose personalised imagery, company administrators can provide a dedicated set of up to 5 branded images to the company's personalised theme, making it automatically available to all users. This way, company employees will have the option to select a branded background image and ensure a nice brand coherence across all conference calls.
How does one set a personalised background?
Regular users:
To upload your own image simply go to your video settings by navigating to the top left corner and clicking on your image. Click on the virtual background button located in the top right corner of your profile picture next. Finish by hitting the + sign and choosing a file from your computer.
For administrators:
To upload branded imagery and make it available to all users simply navigate to your company's information settings on the left-hand side. Click on the virtual backgrounds button, followed by a click on the + sign. Now you may choose up to 5 images from your computer.
If you want to delete an image because it’s not up-to-date anymore or you’ve accidentally uploaded an amazing, yet underappreciated image of your parrot, mouse over the image preview thumbnail, click on the bin icon and confirm you want to delete it in the pop up message to appear.
