A hunting group manager role can be assigned to a user who is not member of the hunting group. This one is able to add/remove, change the withdraw state of agents, modify the role of the members. - Phone Calls - Rainbow Hub

Every member of a bubble dedicated to a Hunting group can have a quick access to the corresponding bubble from the “group calls” section. - Phone Calls - Rainbow Hub
The supervision solution developed for a Voice attendant is now available for any user: supervision tab displays the supervision group of the user (with standard presence and calendar presence), the Ringing / Conv state of supervised user. Pickup action is allowed. - Dashboard
- A button has been added to export the displayed calls from Audio quality tab in csv format. - Microsoft Team usage is reported in the dashboard, in ‘Application’ tab. - Incoming call
Users could have difficulties to pick-up an incoming call after the PC has woken up. The answer button handler is now considered in every case. - Links
Clicking on link in chat or from a document Rainbow didn’t always reach the information. The click on link is now fully efficient. - Notifications
When waking up, it happened that the Desktop application did not receive any more notifications and had to be restarted. Situation is unblocked now.
Main Fixes
- Blurring
The options to change the background image were not always well presented for a user who poppedout the conference in a secondary screen. Options are well displayed now, according to the screen resolution. - Bubble
A conference just started in a bubble could rarely be dropped immediately at a first attempt. Bad instruction has been fixed on web application. - Call history
It has been reported that the deletion of the call history was effective only after reconnection to the application. The event linked to a ‘delete all’ was not managed. It’s done now. - Call log
It was no longer allowed to copy/paste contacts phone numbers from the call history. This action is now restored. - Channel
By inserting images of a certain format, users couldn’t keep their initial size in the channel. The sizing is in conformity now. - Files
Link in PDF opened in Rainbow view didn’t open through Rainbow, so it was not possible to get a preview before downloading it. Preview is available now. - Incoming call
Sometimes, incoming calls well notified in the Desktop app kept ringing although the user was trying to pick up the call. It happened when the call came from an attendant console, wrong management of calls transferred from attendant has been fixed. - Invitations
Users couldn’t invite other people any more. The request couldn’t be successfully processed because the invited contact parameters were no longer transferred. - Parsed characters
Character sequence :x: in a middle of an URL is no longer transformed into a graphical. - Password manager
Rainbow login page didn’t work with the Password Manager Bitwarden. The operating mode of the authentication phase has been reworked to take the completion mechanism of such a tool into account - PBX numbering rules
It was suddenly necessary to scroll down to check the matching result of a PBX numbering rule configuration. This ergonomic regression has been corrected. - Programmable keys
Shared key option was greyed out after one action only, the administrator had no possibility to manage other actions for the user. The shared key management is functional, options to modifying, adding keys are reported in the user’s settings. - Replied message
In replying a message, the line breaks disappeared in the reply. For consistency between devices, the displayed reply contains only the first line now. - Ringing
Rainbow PC application could keep ringing even though the call was answered on mobile phone. Missing event has been added. - Ringing
The incoming call tone could ring unexpectedly after the user had hung up a call. Ringing service is reworked. - Translation
There was misalignment between the option menu and the keyboard shortcut "CTRL+F" for the opening / hiding search bar. Now, when the shortcut is used to open the search bar, the option menu proposes adequately hide the search bar’. - Video quality
Users could complain about the poor video quality during some video conferences. Several defense mechanisms have been made during the last sprints to improve the video quality, limiting the possible negative effects of network problems. - Rainbow Hub - Forward
It could be impossible to make a forward to another internal number. Internal numbers are made valid now. - Rainbow Hub - Outlook contacts
Some users had no synchronization between their outlook contacts and the Rainbow call log. Wrong using of Outlook address book has been fixed. - Rainbow Hub - Personal routines
A popup error was displayed while updating the routine from no forward to voicemail. This action is now available. - Rainbow Hub - Phone numbers administration
The list of the phone numbers could take too long to be displayed when administrator had to associate a Rainbow account to one number. A new filter has been implemented to ease the search when a numbering plan uses several digits prefix. - Rainbow Hub - Supervision
Changes in supervision parameters of an Attendant could have removed the full supervision configuration. Such case occurred when hybrid and Hub users were mixed in the supervision configuration. This mix will be supported later on. The current fix is to ignore hybrid users in the supervisor console. - Rainbow Hub - Telephony profile
Users with telephony profile only couldn’t start a Rainbow call after the contact was added in their favorite list. The function has been enhanced: Rainbow Hub users can always launch Rainbow call, from contact search or from favorite list, even in telephony profile. - Rainbow Hub - Translation
Missed French labels have been added about personal routines.
Administration
- Rainbow Hub
- An admin can give a role of group manager to a user not belonging to the group. - Hub metrics have been improved (split of calls into ‘canceled’, ‘voicemail’, ‘answered’). - BP admin and EC admin have access to the analytics for a Hunting Group, with the same level of information than a group manager. - BP Admin can have access to the ‘Business Directory’ tab of their End Customers.
