Main Fixes

Audio quality could be labelled as 'unknown' for calls made from Web app. MOS tickets have been completed to render the exact information. - Call log
It was no longer allowed to copy/paste contacts phone numbers from the call history. This action was restored. - Contacts
The view suggestions option gave only 13 random contacts in a big company (> 50 members). At least 50 members are displayed, ordered by decreasing priority. - Contacts
The mouse flying over the telephone number of a Rainbow contact gave the impression of just being able to edit the number, although the user wanted to start a call. The pointer is an 'arrow' cursor over the number allowing to start the call, and the number is underlined. - Personal directory
Some users were unable to create a personal contact, the window remained greyed. Issue was located in the USA and Canada only, it has been fixed. - Remote control
After a transfer of screen control, the controlling party encountered slowness in remote actions. Improvements have been made to workaround an Engine issue in the app. The recommendation is nevertheless to use a 100% scaling for an optimized usage in remote screen control. - Admin - Programmable keys
Some administrators couldn't assign users in programmable keys (thumbnail 'Devices'), the field 'Member' didn't suggest any name when typing characters. The shared key management is functional, options to modifying, adding keys are reported in the user’s settings

When creating a new Cloud PBX, the size of the numbering plan can be reduced to 2-digit for small companies. - Phone calls - Rainbow Hub
User’s personal routine selection is available through administration (the content of a routine is not modifiable by the administrator). - Phone calls - Rainbow Hub
Admin can restrain the user configuration in mono-line only (at company level, at user’s level).
